How have you reacted to the new period, marked by the pandemic, that has started in 2020 ?
Our first priority has been to protect our vulnerable employees by introducing teleworking or granting exceptional leave. We then organised ourselves in order to be able to maintain our activities over the long term and avoid shutting down the company.
Which innovation(s) or product(s) have you developed in 2020 and would like to highlight ?
As our company aims to create and provide workplaces for people with disabilities, we must constantly adapt to changes in the market. Specialising in industrial subcontracting, we are active in a wide variety of sectors such as mechanics, electronics, laser engraving and cutting, precision cleaning, assembly and packaging. This year, we have focused on developing our precision cleaning offer, equipping ourselves with a clean room allowing us to carry out works requiring dust-free treatment. When a client entrusts us with a subcontracting mandate, he not only benefits from our attractive conditions, but indirectly gives people with social difficulties a chance of access to the world of work.
Could you share your personal “motto”, which accompanies you in this particular moment and reflects your entrepreneurial philosophy ?
In this particular period where everything can change at any given moment, I am constantly looking for positivity and always try to see the glass as half full and not half empty.

Notre première priorité a été de protéger nos collaborateurs vulnérables en introduisant le télétravail ou en accordant des congés exceptionnels. Nous nous sommes ensuite organisés pour pouvoir maintenir nos activités sur le long terme et éviter une mise à l’arrêt de l’entreprise.
Quelle(s) innovation(s) ou produit(s) avez-vous développé en 2020 et souhaitez mettre en avant ?
Notre entreprise ayant pour but de créer et de fournir des places de travail à des personnes en situation de handicap, nous devons constamment nous adapter à l’évolution du marché. Spécialisés dans la sous-traitance industrielle, nous sommes actifs dans une grande variété de secteurs tels que la mécanique, l’électronique, la gravure et découpe laser, le nettoyage de précision, l’assemblage et le conditionnement. Cette année, nous avons mis l’accent sur le développement de notre offre de nettoyage de précision, en nous équipant d’une salle propre permettant d’effectuer des travaux nécessitant un traitement hors poussière. Lorsqu’un client nous confie un mandat de sous-traitance, il ne bénéficie pas seulement de nos conditions attrayantes, mais donne indirectement à des personnes en difficultés sociales, une chance d’accès au monde du travail.

Dans cette période particulière où tout peut basculer d’un moment à l’autre, je recherche constamment la positivité et m’efforce de toujours voir le verre à moitié plein et non à moitié vide.
Wie haben Sie auf die noch nie dagewesene Situation reagiert, die Anfang dieses Jahres durch die Pandemie ausgelöst wurde ?
Die oberste Priorität war der Schutz der gefährdeten Mitarbeiter durch Einführung von Homeoffice-Arbeit oder die Gewährung von Sonderurlaub. Wir haben alles mit dem Ziel organisiert, unseren Betrieb langfristig aufrechterhalten und eine Schließung des Unternehmens vermeiden zu können.
Welche Innovation(en) bzw. Produkt(e), die Sie im Jahr 2020 entwickelt haben, möchten Sie besonders zur Geltung bringen ?
Das Ziel unseres Unternehmens ist, Arbeitsplätze für Menschen mit Behinderungen zu schaffen, aus diesem Grund ist es wichtig, dass wir uns ständig an die Marktentwicklung anpassen. Wir haben uns darauf spezialisiert, Industriebetriebe der Bereiche Maschinenbau, Elektronik, Lasergravur und -schneiden, Präzisionsreinigung, Montage und Verpackung zu beliefern. Dieses Jahr haben wir uns auf die Entwicklung unseres Präzisionsreinigungsangebots konzentriert und einen Reinraum eingerichtet, um Arbeiten, die eine staubfreie Behandlung erfordern, durchführen zu können. Wenn ein Kunde uns einen Auftrag erteilt, profitiert er nicht nur von unseren attraktiven Konditionen, sondern gibt indirekt auch sozial schwachen Menschen eine Chance, in die Arbeitswelt einzusteigen.

In einer Zeit, wo sich alles von einem Tag auf den anderen ändern kann, habe ich mehr denn je eine positive Einstellung und bin stets bemüht, das Glas halb voll und nicht halb leer zu sehen.
