How have you reacted to the new period, marked by the pandemic, that has started in 2020 ?
Overnight, the pandemic prevented us from visiting our customers and checking the condition of water-miscible cooling lubricants on site. Fortunately, Motorex had several digitalization projects underway for the automation and monitoring of machining equipment before the pandemic. These include the Motorex Easy Monitoring coolant monitoring system, which is particularly useful in today’s conditions.
Which innovation(s) or product(s) have you developed in 2020 and would like to highlight ?
One of the products that has been on the market in a very short period of time is the Motorex Easy Monitoring Kit. The application allows the customer to collect the most important data on water-miscible cooling lubricants. In addition to the application, the kit includes all the tools needed to create an accurate digital representation of operating fluids. All important coolant parameters are recorded within seconds with high measuring accuracy and stored for later analysis and documentation. The analysis takes place in real time and allows any deviations to be detected and compensated for in good time. By simple integration into existing CRM systems and portals, the Motorex mobile solution is a low-cost entry into the automation of cooling lubricant maintenance.

Look back, think ahead ! We cannot change the past, but we can influence the future. This is what shaped my personal actions during this difficult time.

Du jour au lendemain, la pandémie nous a empêchés de visiter nos clients et de vérifier sur place l’état des lubrifiants réfrigérants miscibles à l’eau. Heureusement, Motorex avait plusieurs projets de numérisation en cours pour l’automatisation et la surveillance des moyens d’usinage avant la pandémie. Il s’agit notamment du système de surveillance des lubrifiants réfrigérants Motorex Easy Monitoring, qui est particulièrement utile dans les conditions actuelles.
Quelle(s) innovation(s) ou produit(s) avez-vous développé en 2020 et souhaitez mettre en avant ?
L’un des produits commercialisé en très peu de temps est le Motorex Easy Monitoring Kit. Une application permet au client de recueillir les données les plus importantes sur les lubrifiants réfrigérants miscibles à l’eau. En plus de l’application, le kit comprend tous les outils nécessaires pour créer une représentation numérique exacte des fluides de fonctionnement. Tous les paramètres importants du liquide de refroidissement sont enregistrés en quelques secondes avec une grande précision de mesure et stockés pour une analyse et une documentation ultérieures. L’analyse a lieu en temps réel et permet de détecter et de compenser à temps tout écart. Par simple intégration dans les systèmes CRM et les portails existants, la solution mobile de Motorex est une entrée peu coûteuse dans l’automatisation de l’entretien des lubrifiants de refroidissement.

Regardez en arrière, pensez à l’avenir ! Nous ne pouvons pas changer le passé, mais nous pouvons influencer l’avenir. C’est ce qui a façonné mes actions personnelles pendant cette période difficile.

Die Pandemie verhinderte von einem auf den anderen Tag Kunden zu besuchen und den Zustand der wassermischbaren Kühlschmierstoffe (KSS) vor Ort zu prüfen. Glücklicherweise hatte Motorex bereits vor der Pandemie diverse Digitalisierungsprojekte für die Automatisierung und Überwachung von Zerspanungsmedien am Laufen. Darunter befand sich das unter den aktuellen Pandemie-Rahmenbedingungen besonders hilfreiche KSS-Überwachungssystem Motorex Easy Monitoring.
Welche Innovation(en) oder Produkt(e) haben Sie im Jahr 2020 entwickelt, die Sie hervorheben möchten ?
Eines der Produkte, das innert kürzester Zeit marktreif wurde ist das Motorex Easy Monitoring Kit. Es ermöglicht dem Kunden das Erfassen der wichtigsten Daten zu wassermischbaren Kühlschmierstoffen per App. Das Kit umfasst neben der App alle benötigten Hilfsmittel um ein exaktes, digitales Spiegelbild der Betriebsflüssigkeiten zu erstellen. Alle wichtigen KSS-Parameter werden mit hoher Messgenauigkeit sekundenschnell erfasst und zur weiteren Analyse und Dokumentation gespeichert. Die Analyse findet in Echtzeit statt und ermöglicht es, alle Abweichungen zu erkennen und rechtzeitig auszugleichen. Durch die einfache Integration in bestehende CRM-Systeme und KSS-Portale, ist die mobile Lösung von Motorex ein preiswerter Einstieg in die Automatisierung der Kühlschmierstoffpflege.
