How have you reacted to the new period, marked by the pandemic, that has started in 2020 ?
Priority has been given to maintaining production activity in order to be able to meet our current orders. For this purpose, a very strict sanitary concept was developed and immediately implemented. After a week’s break at the beginning of the pandemic, employees were able to return to work safely thanks to the redesign of the work areas, the provision of hydroalcoholic gel, the introduction of teleworking, the supply of PPE and a programme of continuous surface disinfection.
The health plan has been maintained at an average level since the return to work after the summer holidays so that an isolated case of COVID-19 does not paralyse a department or the entire company.
Which innovation(s) or product(s) have you developed in 2020 and would like to highlight ?
Precitrame always offers innovative machining solutions for the high-volume production of complex workpieces. In 2020, we have continued to optimise our latest product, the MTR32H, which allows us to cover a wide range of applications with an optimum price/performance ratio. This rotary transfer machine is intended for the watchmaking, electronics, automotive and medical sectors.
Could you share your personal “motto”, which accompanies you in this particular moment and reflects your entrepreneurial philosophy ?
We must move forward with the goal in mind so as not to get lost or deviate from the path leading to it. This while dealing quickly with the daily problems that distract us from the goal.
Comment avez-vous réagi à la période inédite, marquée par la pandémie, qui s’est ouverte cette année ?
La priorité a été de maintenir l’activité de production afin de pouvoir honorer nos commandes en cours. Pour cela, un concept sanitaire très stricte a été élaboré et immédiatement appliqué. Après tout de même une semaine d’arrêt au début de la pandémie, les collaborateurs ont pu reprendre le travail en toute sécurité grâce au réaménagement des espaces de travail, la mise à disposition de gel hydroalcoolique, l’introduction du télétravail, la fourniture d’EPI et un programme de désinfection continuelle des surfaces.
Le plan sanitaire est maintenu à un niveau moyen depuis la rentrée des vacances estivales afin qu’un cas isolé de COVID-19 ne paralyse pas tout un département ou toute l’entreprise.
Quelle(s) innovation(s) ou produit(s) avez-vous développé en 2020 et souhaitez mettre en avant ?
Precitrame propose en tout temps des solutions d’usinage innovantes pour la réalisation en volume de pièces complexes. En 2020, nous avons continué l’optimisation de notre petite dernière, la MTR32H qui permet de couvrir un grand nombre d’applications avec un rapport prix/performance optimal. Cette machine de transfert rotative est destinée au domaine de l’horlogerie, de l’électronique, de l’automobile et du médical.
Pourriez-vous partager votre « devise » personnelle, qui vous accompagne dans ce moment particulier et reflète votre philosophie entrepreneuriale ?
Il faut aller de l’avant en visant le but fixé afin de ne pas se perdre ou dévier du chemin y menant. Cela tout en traitant rapidement les problématiques quotidiennes qui nous détournent de l’objectif.
Wie war Ihre Reaktion auf die noch nie dagewesene Situation, die Anfang dieses Jahres durch die Pandemie ausgelöst wurde ?
Die Aufrechterhaltung unserer Produktion, um die laufenden Aufträge erfüllen zu können, hatte absoluten Vorrang. Zu diesem Zweck wurde ein sehr strenges Gesundheitskonzept erarbeitet und sofort umgesetzt. Zu Beginn der Pandemie wurde der Betrieb immerhin eine ganze Woche lang eingestellt. Anschließend konnten die Mitarbeiter dank diverser Maßnahmen – Umgestaltung der Arbeitsbereiche, Bereitstellung von hydroalkoholischem Gel, Einführung der Homeoffice-Arbeit, Bereitstellung von PSA und Umsetzung eines Oberflächen-Desinfektionsprogramm – sicher an ihren Arbeitsplatz zurückkehren.
Seit Ende der Sommerferien wird die mittlere Stufe des Gesundheitsplans eingehalten, um zu vermeiden, dass ein vereinzelter Covid-19-Fall nicht gleich eine ganze Abteilung oder gar das gesamte Unternehmen lahm legt.

Precitrame bietet seit jeher innovative Bearbeitungslösungen für die Großserienfertigung komplexer Werkstücke an. 2020 haben wir unser neuestes Modell MTR32H weiterhin optimiert. Diese Maschine ist in der Lage, zahlreiche Anwendungen mit einem optimalen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis abzudecken. Diese Rundtaktmaschine ist für den Einsatz in der Uhren-, Elektronik-, Automobil- und Medizinindustrie bestimmt.

Wir können unser Ziel nur erreichen, wenn wir es nie aus den Augen verlieren. Das schaffen wir nur, wenn wir nicht zuviel Zeit mit der Bewältigung der Alltagsprobleme verbringen.
